ACS Catalysis recognized contribution of the Russian scientists into the development of catalytic research

ACS Catalysis celebrated the most quoted contributions of the decade: they include the papers by the Russian scientists, in particular, from Boreskov Institute of Catalysis.

ACS Catalysis recognized the contribution into its development from the researchers of Austria, Belgium, Brazil, and Russia. The editors chose nine papers with 100+ citations, and three of them are written by the scientists from Boreskov Institute of Catalysis. They are "Asymmetric Epoxidations with H₂O₂ on Fe and Mn Aminopyridine Catalysts: Probing the Nature of Active Species by Combined Electron Paramagnetic Resonance and Enantioselectivity Study", "Single Atoms of Pt-Group Metals Stabilized by N-Doped Carbon Nanofibers for Efficient Hydrogen Production from Formic Acid" and "Single Isolated Pd²⁺ Cations Supported on N-Doped Carbon as Active Sites for Hydrogen Production from Formic Acid Decomposition".

Authors from each of these countries have contributed >50 papers to the journal to date. "Referees from each of these countries have supplied many hundreds of insightful and authoritative reviews to the journal, and their contributions have furthered in significant ways the shaping of ACS Catalysis over our first 10 volumes of publication.
